The Hoopskirt Factory was built in 1875 as Victorian
petticoat factory. Restored in the late 1970’s, the Hoopskirt
Factory offers the rustic charm of old planked floors, exposed brick
walls and soaring wooden ceilings. The dramatic high ceilings
allowed for the addition of a large loft in most apartments,
